Some items are hand crafted. These products might take longer to ship. You can expect around 7-14 working days before delivery takes place. The shipping costs are calculated when you checkout and are based on your country of origin. The shipping costs are charged for every item. All shipments are handled by DHL or PostNL. All items are incl. VAT, but without shipping costs. International customers should also note that Musiciangoods is not responsible for any taxes and duties charged by their country.

RETURN POLICY
We at Musiciangoods spend the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. In case you are dissatisfied with your Musiciangoods order, you can return it within 28 days as long as the item(s) are unused in the original packaging and have not been damaged. Please contact us if this is the case. Send your email to customerservice@musiciangoods.com
In case the error can be accounted to Musiciangoods, we will settle your case immediately. However, if Musiciangoods can not be accounted for the error the return cost is yours and if a new item needs to be sent you will have to pay for the shipping again. Musiciangoods can not be held liable for any return shipments getting lost in the mail.
Please note that Musiciangoods can not always refund money due to the nature and limited quantity of some of the offered products. In these cases, products can be exchanged for other items or a gift certificate. If you are not sure about your order please contact us before placing your order to see what the possibilities are in terms of a refund. For some items, Musiciangoods charges a 10% re-stocking fee due to hygienic reasons, re-packaging, or payment fees.
REFUNDS
Due to the fact that we are not responsible for your order after it has been shipped out, we will not refund any charges within 6 weeks after being shipped out.
