Orders and Shipping
Shipping generally takes 3-7 days in Europe and 7-14 days outside of Europe. For more information see our shipping policy.
Due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, many shipping companies are experiences difficulty with the number of orders they are currently receiving. Therefore our usual shipment time could be significantly extended ranging from 7 days up to 6 weeks. Because we are not responsible for your order after it has been shipped out, we will not refund any orders within 6 weeks after being shipped out. We hope you understand and try to be patient as the whole world is currently experiencing the negative effects of the pandemic. Unfortunately we also have to deal with these implications as long as the quarantine continues.

We do not keep credit card information on file as a general practice.
We are based in The Netherlands. Here, you will never see sales tax added to your purchases — the price on the tag is exactly what you will pay. The Netherlands has one tax rate for the whole country, and sellers are required to include that Value Added Tax or VAT in their advertised prices. This makes it easier for our customers to calculate what they will owe at the checkout: no unpleasant surprises.

Some items are shipped seperately. But mostly your items will arrive in one package.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
In case you are dissatisfied about your Musiciangoods order you can return it within 28 days as long as the item(s) are unused in the original packaging and have not been damaged. Please contact us if this is the case. Send your email to customerservice@musiciangoods.com
In case the error can be accounted to Musiciangoods, we will settle your case immediately. However, if Musiciangoods can not be accounted for the error the return cost are yours and if a new item needs to be sent you will have to pay for the shipping again. Musiciangoods can not be held liable for any return shipments getting lost in the mail.
Please note that Musiciangoods can not always refund money due to the nature and limited quantity of some of the offered products. In these cases products can be exchanged for other items or a gift certificate. If you are not sure about your order please contact us before placing your order to see what the possibilities are in terms of a refund. For some items Musiciangoods charges a 10% re-stocking fee due to hygienic reasons, re-packaging or payment fees.

We currently don’t allow back orders for out of stock products. The only case we allow pre-orders is during new product releases.
